Muscle Conditioning:

A great total body workout focusing on fatiguing all muscle groups. Deena provides a creative class utilizing tubing, weights and the cable machines in the gyms facility. All classes are 60 minutes in length.

Beginner to Intermediate levels

Tabata:
A wonderful conditioning experience. 5 minutes of warm-up, 8 intervals of 20 seconds all-out intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest X 4. This challenging full body workout is guaranteed to transform your body.
