**Lantana Cup and Denton County Shootout Qualifier for both days**

Entry Fee: 

$250 per player

Event Itinerary: 

• Friday, May 17th
• 6:30pm - Calcutta
• Heavy Aps and Keg available

• Saturday, May 18th
• 7:00am - Range opens
• Breakfast tacos available in main dining room 
• 8:00am - Match 1: Shotgun Start
• 10:45am - Match 2: Continuous Play
• Lunch served at the Watering Hole from 11:00am - 3:00pm
• 1:30pm - Match 3: Continuous Play
• 4:00pm - Scoring in ballroom
• Keg provided

• Sunday, May 19th
• 7:00am - Range opens
• Breakfast tacos available in main dining room 
• 8:00am - Match 4: Shotgun Start
• 10:45pm - Match 5: Continuous Play
• 1:30pm - Scoring, Lunch with Keg
• Calcutta will be paid out prior to the Shootout
• 3:00pm - Shootout to determine overall Member/Member Champion!!

Registration: 

Members MUST register with their partner. Incomplete entries with space holders will not be accepted. Registration for the 2024 Member/Member will open at 7:00pm Thursday, April 4th on Foretees. 

10 Shot Differential: 

This event maintains a 10 shot differential between partners. If teammates are more than 10 shots apart in their playing handicaps, the higher handicap player's playing handicap will be reduced to bring them to within 10 shots of their teammate's playing handicap. 

Format:

This is a 2 man net match play event. Teams will play 5 nine hole matches in a round robin against the other teams in their flight.

This event uses a point system on overall scoring:

• Each match is worth 2 points
• A tied match awards 1 point to each team
• Teams accumulate an additional 10th of a point (max of 2.4) for each additional hole they win
• Example: A match ends 5-4. The winning team receives 2 points for the win. 
• Example 2: A match ends 6-3. The winning team receives 2.1 points for the win.

Tees and Handicapping: 

For this event and ALL 2024 MGA events, players will play from the tees in which 70% (14) of your last 20 rounds at Lantana are recorded. This includes all options on the Lantana score card (Black, Lantana Tees, Blue, Members, White, and Red). Tees will be automatically assigned based on this criteria. Players without 20 posted rounds at Lantana will default to the Blue tees.

Payouts: 

Cash awards per flight based on Calcutta wagers and results. Cash award to the shootout winner. 

Cash Skins Game: 

Optional $100 team cash skins game available. Cash will be collected in the pro shop prior to beginning play. $50 per day will be applied to skins ($25 gross and $25 net per team providing the daily pots). The field will be split into top half and bottom half for payouts.

Cancelation Policy: 

Members in the field as of April 27th will be charged a non-refundable $100 tournament deposit. The remainder of the entry fee will be charged May 16th. Cancelations after May 14th are subject to the full entry fee.
