1st course

Grilled Beets salad with Amish Bacon lardon, Laura Chenel Goat cheese, Mandarin supreme

2nd Course

44 Farm Braised Pork Belly with local Honey and Kumquat Chutney

3rd course

Grilled Double Pork chop with Sweet Potato puree, Bacon and Mushroom Chasseur sauce

4th course

Whiskey-poached pear stuffed with mascarpone cheese and caramel sauce
