-Endive and Arugula salad with fried goat cheese, candied walnuts, pomegranate vinaigrette

-Hydroponic baby assorted greens, manchego cheese, balsamic pearls, and Strawberry slices

-Brown butter Yukon gold beurre fondue potatoes

-Pan seared Scallops, Meyer lemon beurre blanc, tomato concasse and micro greens

-Braised shortribs with parsnip & potato puree, glazed pearl onions, baby french carrots

-Butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sage and parmesan cheese

-Charred Brussel sprout with pancetta, fresno pepper, butter/soy sauce
